SHIMANTO RIVER and TSUNOYAMA


Shimanto River in Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku region of Japan.
Called the last clear stream in Japan, it is a very clean and beautiful river.
"Tsunoyama" is located at the head of the river.
It has been a tea production area since the Edo era.
The sencha representing Shikoku that grew up in the hard environment of Tsunoyama at an altitude of 600 meters.
Please enjoy the flavor and bitterness.
STEEPING INFO
First steeping:
1. Place leaves into teapot. (2-3g)
2. Boil water (80-90C) and pour into the teapot.
3. Wait about 45-60 seconds. (Quickly)
4. Pour into cup to drink.
