SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost differs depending on your choice when you place an order, the weight of the item and your location.
It will be automatically calculated in cart so please confirm it before checkout.
*Each weight of the item will be shown in the item page.

 

For shipping method

Three shipping methods available

 Semi Express  Shipping cost varies depending on the weight and destination
 (WITH TRACKING NUMBER & INSURANCE)
 Normally it takes about 2-10 days to arrive.


*Please note that these naumbers are the estimated dates and it can change by inclement weather, heavy traffic or customs clearance. (It may arrive earlier.)

 

2. Shipping Company

 

It will be chosen from the followings.

  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Japan post

You can not choose shipping company. *Except the case of wholesale or additional payment you will pay.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

3. Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and other charges

 

■ Customers outside the United States and U.S. Territories

  • All sales prices are exclusive of tax.
  • Orders will be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
  • Any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must ensure that all such charges are paid in full.
  • In the event of non-payment or delayed payment of these charges, resulting in non-delivery, return to Japan, or disposal of the shipment, our company (this store) will not provide any cancellation, refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

Please place your order only after accepting the above conditions.
*This policy applies only to retail (general customers). A separate policy applies to wholesale (bulk supply).

  

■ Customers in the United States and U.S. Territories

  • Sales prices include customs duties (15%) and courier handling fees (7%).
  • Orders will be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  • Any taxes or other charges apart from customs duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must ensure that all such charges other than customs duties are paid in full.
  • In the event of non-payment or delayed payment of these charges, resulting in non-delivery, return to Japan, or disposal of the shipment, our company (this store) will not provide any cancellation, refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

RETURNS POLICY


Basically, any return, replacement and refund are not accepted except for the case of any defective product.
* Please note that we will not be responsible for any troubles regarding the various procedures and correspondence between courier or customs clearance (the customs).

 

1. In case of any product deficiency and defective product


In case of any product deficiency and defective product, please attach evidence image and send us email within the period which is listed below.

 TEA, FOOD&GROCERIES  Within 3 days from the product arrival date. 
 TEAWARE  Within 7 days from the product arrival date.


It will be handled by offering you replacement (Brand new, or *replacing to something which is equipment to the product*. It will depend on the stock status.), return, or refund.
*Please note if it is out of the period mentioned above, any return, replacement and refund cannot be accepted.

 

2. In case of any damage which might be caused during the transit


If any shipping method is selected except for "Economy Ship", return, replacement and refund can be accepted.
In case of any obvious damage during the transit and there is a possibility for it (dent and damage of the outside box and outside decoration comes off), please send us email with evidence image.

If damage is caused during the transit, package will be collected from the courier. Therefore, please do not destroy and keep it as it is. If the product is destroyed, replacement might not be prepared, so please be very careful with it.

We will not guarantee for damage of the outside box, or the scratch which does not affect when it is used (a dent and tear of the outside box).
