Product Description

80-tine bamboo tea whisk used for making matcha.
The bamboo tea whisk is carved from a single piece of bamboo and to different thicknesses for different teas (usucha thin tea or koicha thick tea). Whisking the tea to the correct consistency requires quite a bit of practice! When the mixture becomes slightly frothy, it is ready to drink.

Whisk Stand is used to reform the shape of a bamboo whisk after use.
Without it, the whisk loses its shape with use.
Colors available: Blue, Deep Blue
